I think it's also worth noting that Jon didn't want to do this gig until he found out that we might be able to win tickets to see Velvet Revolver. After that revelation it was like seeing a side of Jon I never knew existed--I've never seen anyone so starstuck in my life. I guess the though of meeting Slash and his snakes must have been a lifelong dream for Jon. People, please come to the show to help us out. You can't lose. You get in free...cheap drinks...music that I hope you'll love...and you can sleep with a smile on your face knowing that you have brought Jon one step closer to petting Slash's Snake.
